Comsysto Reply GmbH and the Agile Coaches, Scrum Masters and trainer team

We are an agile software factory founded in 2004 in Munich, Germany.

We are Comsysto Reply.

After many years of building digital products while working together in agile teams and cultivating agile practices like pair programming, mob programming and test driven development we would like to share our insights with you.

We are thinking and working with our customers in an agile way. We are convinced that agile values and principles are the right way to master challenges in a complex environment. For us, agility is not an end in itself, but a means to achieve a goal.

For this reason, we can bring our own experience to our customers and strive for real changes (in terms of mindset, structures, processes, collaboration, ...). We do not follow a standard process, but work with you to develop an individual and iterative approach for continuous improvement.

Agile Trainings

In our trainings, the participants not only get to know the basic principles of Scrum and agile methods, but also learn in practice what agile work means. We offer trainings for agile newbies, Scrum Masters, Product Owners but also technical training for developers.

Agile Coaching

Do you want to optimize your agile process model in order to optimally use the advantages of agile development? We as agile coaches support you with a systemic approach to act more efficiently and effectively. This includes agile values and principles, certain practices and methods, organization and moderation of workshops, change support and of course support with frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.

Agile Transformation

Scrum Teams

We support you with complete Scrum teams or individual roles in your team. Individual roles can be: Developer, Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Agile Requirements Engineer, Proxy PO, UX / UI Engineer, Data Scientist / Engineer. We generally support the creation of self-organized, cross-functional teams.

Agile Consulting

Do you need specific advice on a special topic of your agile process model? We listen to you, ask questions and help you with our experience. There is no one-fits-all solution in the complex world, so an iterative approach with fast feedback cycles is important to us.

Agile Incubator

Alongside experienced agile professionals, your employees create new products and solutions for your customers. In doing so, they learn and consolidate agile procedures through concrete action and get to know system landscapes and tools that they need for practical agility. In addition to real products, the cultural change achieved is the real result.
