The satisfaction of the Team, the built trust between all participants, communication inside the Agile process is always at the forefront for me. We need to be agile about the Agile process itself, adjust what needs to be adjusted, prune what needs to be pruned and end with something everybody's content with. The process never ends, but embrace the change Scrum brings, be flexible and tomorrow will be better than yesterday, is what I believe in.
