To set up a coaching session with a Scrum Master as the coachee, we'll first need to establish a relationship with the Scrum Master and understand their needs and goals for coaching. We'll then work with the Scrum Master to schedule regular coaching sessions, typically lasting one to two hours each.

In the first session, we'll start by getting to know the Scrum Master and their current challenges and concerns. We'll also explain our coaching approach and establish expectations and goals for the coaching engagement.
